2. Rules for Participation in Classes

  1. To participate in classes, prior registration is required via the Fitssey platform available on the studio’s website or directly at the studio reception.
  2. Class reservations can be canceled at the latest 4 hours before they begin. In the case of a later cancellation, a fee for the class will be charged or a visit will be deducted from the pass.
  3. Classes may be canceled by the studio if the number of participants is less than 3 people. In such a situation, participants will be notified at least 5 hours before the scheduled start of the class.
  4. Late participants may be asked not to join the classes to avoid disrupting the session. The decision regarding the possibility of participating after the start belongs to the instructor.

3. Packages, Passes, and Fees

  1. The studio offers the following forms of participation: single entry, 4-visit pass, 8-visit pass, and Open Pass.
  2. Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of the first visit. After this period, unused entries expire. The Open Pass entitles the holder to unlimited participation in classes during its validity period.
  3. A pass may only be used by the person who purchased it. Passes are issued to a specific name and cannot be transferred to other persons.
  4. A pass must be activated within 30 days of the purchase date. After this term, the pass expires and is not subject to refund or extension.
  5. If the studio cancels a class, the participant has the right to reschedule the entry to another date without additional fees. For clients with 4 and 8-visit passes, if the studio cancels a class one week before the pass expires or later, the participant has the right to extend the pass by one week from the date of the canceled class. For Open Pass holders, the rules described in §3 point 7.4 apply.
  6. Refunds for unused entries are possible only in exceptional cases (e.g., health problems) and are considered individually after notification to the studio’s email address.

  • Late Cancellation of Reservations
    • Open Pass holders are required to cancel class reservations at least 4 hours before their scheduled start.

    • In the case of four or more late cancellations, the studio may temporarily suspend access to the Open Pass, and a fee of 20 PLN may be required for each class canceled less than 4 hours before the start to reactivate it.
  • Absences from Classes
    • If a client does not appear for class without prior cancellation, it will be considered an absence.
    • Upon the first absence, the client will receive a reminder about the necessity of timely cancellations.
    • After two absences within a month, the studio reserves the right to impose a limit of three classes per week for the following week.
    • In the case of three or more absences, the studio may temporarily suspend access to the Open Pass, and a fee of 50 PLN for each previous absence may be required for its reactivation.

    • The extension of the Open Pass validity will be automatically included in the reservation system.
  • Rules for the Good of the Community
